Absolutely terrible. I brought in curtain panels to be hemmed, specifically requesting that all panels be adjusted to the same length since they were initially different - I repeated these instructions 3 times. I was told the work would take one to two weeks, but after three weeks with no update, I called to check the status. They promised to start on them the next day and said they’d call back with a price, which they never did. When I called again, I still couldn’t get a price and decided to pick up my curtains instead so I told them to stop working. On arrival, I found them working on my panels, and they charged over $60 for hemming two panels and cutting two others. Once home, I discovered the hemmed panels are still different lengths, so effectively, I paid over $60 for one usable panel. Very disappointing.

Very bad. I’ve used alteration services before and can compare them. This place is way over priced ($40 for pants alteration!) never heard of that much! It was my fault for not asking about the price in advance.
Worst than that is the alteration itself. I asked to taper the bottom part of the pants from the knee down, and they tapered it from top, and now they are tight on my legs.
I am not going to go back and argue for the sake of $40, and the pants are ruined anyway.
Overall, the place is not up to acceptable standards in my opinion.

SLOPPY AND OVERPRICED

I took two pants and one dress, which cost $100. The dress was crooked, and the rude lady refused to return my money. Don't go here; go somewhere else!

WOW! I can’t believe how fast and well done the owner did. My engagement photos are in two weeks and I brought her my outfit that needed a lot of work and I was fully expecting to get it back a couple days before the photos but she had it done two weeks before the photos. Everything fits perfect and she found a way to keep the straps that I loved. I’m so impressed I think I’m going to be bringing my wedding dress here, and her price was so affordable. There’s a discount if you pay cash!

Asked for a price quote. Lady acted like she didn't hear. I went to pick up 2 items for $20. One simple tear on a pant and the other just to sew tiny strings together on dress. Way overpriced. Will not go again.

The owner is always helpful with all my needs and requests! Her team of hard workers are amazing and do wonderful work, they never disappoint. They usually have your dress attire ready the same week you drop it off, which is super helpful. I recommend this establishment and of course will be back

I called Jane to ask an impossible request to have my wedding dress hemmed in a very short amount of time. My dress has an all lace overlay. Jane was so sweet to have me go to the shop right away so she could see what she could do to help me. She formulated a plan to hem my dress and did it ahead of schedule. She was so sympathetic to my plea! The workmanship is absolutely gorgeous!! I would have paid her more than 3 times what she charged me for this impossible task. I will not go anywhere else in Albuquerque for alterations. I cannot thank Jane enough!!!
