Great place and location. Also quick service, not the most friendly but I’m guessing they are used to a lot of people.

The tacos? All really good except the asadas! Very strong charcoal flavor, almost like metal tasting.

Came in after my flight for a true taste of Mexican cuisine. The taco was soft, meat was tender and well seasoned, mixing well with the sauces and toppings. The lengua was tender and heavy in beef flavor. Staff were helpful since this was my first time visiting. Good prices for the amount and quality of the food.

Missing a lot of flavor. It was ok not the best tacos. Place is big and good service. But food didn’t have that Tijuana or authentic spark.

I have been to that shop so many times. It used to be the absolute best, but recently their meat quality has gone downhill. Lines are very long and you can wait for ~ 40-50 minutes to get a simple taco, the meat is poorly cooked and obviously of the lowest quality meat out there, and there is no reasonable condiments available. Even their sangria was not cold enough, which s***! I hope they go back to what they used to be, but for now, l I’ll pass. Not worth the wait or the money.

When visiting a new city during travels, finding a local hole in the wall place with a long like of customers is always a sure sign of a great place. The tacos did not disappoint. The lines moved quick and we picked the beef section that had a shorter wait vs carnitas. No frills, fast and friendly service. There is limited seating as most were carry outs. Tacos were very good and they generously packed on the meat. Prices are a bit higher but that seemed normal for San Diego. It’s hard to go wrong with a place like this. The long line speaks for why locals come here. Worth checking out.

Received multiple recommendations to try this place. Unfortunately, I'd have to say this was some of the worst asada I've had so far in Cali. The meat was burned and the cheese quesadillas had burnt cheese on one side and uncooked on the other. I cannot recommend this place when there are numerous other locations offering better for a similar price. They do have security keeping things in order, so that's cool.

The tacos here are fantastic, and it's very easy to order different kinds of items with how they have the stations set up. Also very affordable.

There's a decent amount of seating but it does get busy.
