This was my first time here and drove by the truck stop before I had gone by the place. When I mention that the signs were not lit up inside, the store clerk said she doesn’t live here whatever that means. There were four coffee makers and back of the store and only was brewing high test coffee. Same store clerk said she was cleaning the other three coffee makers. You would think that she would’ve waited and only clean two of them instead of all three at one time and served another blend of coffee instead of high test coffee.

We stop here when traveling to/from Talladega, usually to grab a drink and use the restroom. Things are always clean. I chose to write a review today because we stopped twice and the ladies working there were so nice and friendly, both times. It makes a difference! Well done.

Unprofessional staff. Never come here. Very rude.
I used my points to pay and eventually the money was debited and I didn't buy anything. It's a shame I've been saving up balls for about 3 months. I am very much outraged. $ 243 to spend and in the end not to buy anything, I don't even know what to say.

The management in this place is terrible. As a professional driver there will be times that requires me to drop by and shower quickly and hit the road again. I understand sometimes they might be busy but not in this place. I was waiting for 35min to find out the wait time was because their was no clean towels. Shouldn't they be in top of that. And to make things worst the guy in charge of that is just walking around the store not doing anything. I carry my own towel they could of just given me a damm shower. Never again do I stop at this truck stop

I am very disappointed with this company. I only need service to replace a tire. It only 10 millas front shop !! my charge 2h00 of work and they will charge me 40% more than the normal value of the tire, this Company very dishonest in charging two values, as Inadequate policies go against the road users, despite trying to act as the manager did not solve my problem, I never used other time , When do you expect this company to be robbed?

Used to fuel there a lot. . Last 3 times could not book one through the app . Literally all those 3 times there was at least like an hour wait and I got yelled at but by the same old lady for just asking a question and after she was "done" with me she would demonstratively be super nice to next customer in line.All I wanted to do it just book a shower. Usually I'd laugh at all this later but because this is the only TA between Memphis and Atlanta it is kinda annoying that I cannot take a shower when needed. So after the last time there I decided not to stop there at all and pre plan accordingly .

Checked in at 12 noon with the shop to replace shock absorber. All four bays empty. Waited until 4 o’clock pm to get inside the bay when they told me that they do not have the part and they have to send someone 50 miles to pick it up and bring it back 50 miles for additional cost. That might take couple additional hours. Ask the guy why they didn’t tell me that’s right away when I checked in at noon why they didn’t check their computer whether they have the part or not, and let me know and not waste my whole day - frivolous & stupid - these technicians are strutting around smoking and vaping, and totally ignoring customers… terrible, never again this TA - they just don’t wanna work that’s that!!!

Having brake light issues I went to the T/A service dept. at 8:30 at night . They told me they would get me in at midnight . At 3 am I went to check to see how much longer. All the techs were sitting in the service office. They told me there were 4 trucks ahead of me in the que. At 8. Am I checked again,4 trucks ahead of me still. At 11 am brought me in to start the repair and at 1 pm they told me they couldn't fix the lights
