A big shout out to T & R Ironworks for the awesome job they did on two beautifully-made screen doors and a very large golf fence! Beautiful work ethics ... they cleaned everything up, we're respectful of our yard and we're very hard-working on all of it. A big shout-out to Will who led the team and Pablo who helped with the screen doors. I did not get the names of the crew that installed the fences but they were all equally as hard-working

I ordered a small 38" gate for my backyard. Was told 4 weeks for delivery/install. I have called 4 times after two months to get an update - no call back. I have already paid because we were going to be out of town at the 4 week mark and I didn't want to hold up payment for them. Another 5 weeks have passed and still no gate.
Update:
Few days later they installed a beautiful gate. Thank you. It was perfect. Just took longer than expected. Very happy with the product.

I read the reviews, and don't know how anyone could be displeased with the professionalism, courtesy, quality of workmanship, installation, and follow-up exhibited by the owner, office manager, and workers of this company. Top Notch. We would use them again, and recommend them without question.

I've tried for about three weeks to get a call from them to set up an appointment to measure for 2 security screen doors. The first time, we visited their showroom and told we should receive a call by the end of the week. Next week I called them on Monday and they assured me I would get a call this week. I called the following week and again they assured me they would call. I got the excuse they were so busy. Even if their doors are less expensive than most others, it is rather poor customer service which is a indication of what we should expect if we were to deal with them, which we will not do so.

Great service. They were able to weld a door for us just the way we described. Fair in price and the door looks great! James and his crew let us know when he would be arriving, were very professional and informative, installed the door with no issues and even took our old door off for us. They kept their work space very tidy. Great work, professional, and fair, good job guys!

T&R offers everything you'd hope for from a contractor. We had hail damage which required the security mesh on our back patio to be completely removed, the framework refurbished, the mesh replaced, and the whole thing painted. They got the whole job done in less than a week and the result is beautiful. These people are real professionals. I'd recommend them to everyone needing ornamental or security iron work. They also have an awesome store with lots of beautiful metal artwork, and also real Longhorn beef. Go see T&R.
