I was looking to purchase a UB Vista stroller in a limited edition color and I came across Swaddles Baby website. I was pressed on time to receive it before I needed to travel, so I called to the store to make sure it was indeed in stock and that I could receive it in time. I spoke to Tony who was super helpful and told me to go ahead and place my order and that he will make sure to get it to me in time. I went ahead and placed the order and my stroller was shipped the same day. They also did not charge me extra for quicker shipping. I received my order within 2 days and well ahead of my travel date. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service and I absolutely love my stroller.

Update:I ordered a second stroller 2 weeks ago and had an issue with it. Customer service is truly exceptional. They needed to send two different pieces to resolve the issue and did so quickly, offering multiple options for reassembly when the items arrive. I’m extremely glad I purchased from them, and they are worth the drive if you aren’t local.

I came from New York and the sales help in the store was extremely helpful and patient in providing me with options and testing the strollers. I ended up calling in my order later in the day once I settled on the color I wanted. They pre- assembled and delivered my stroller the next day for free, and there was no tax because it shipped out of state. I couldn’t be more happy with my shopping experience!

The customer service is amazing here! Super super helpful! I live 35 minutes away and the local stores were not helpful to me with trying to figure out the best stroller for my baby. I decided to check out this store because I saw they have alot of strollers in my price range and it was 100% worth the drive.

Wow! What a Great experience coming into the store. Shulie was amazing from the moment I walked in with my fiancé and told her was I was interested in buying and she went above and beyond to assist me in showing the product and what items were sold with it! Very very Good Customer service and will come back for any other needs! 10/10 come here! 🙂 Thanks.:)
