Has had a piece of glass that they said would take 2 weeks and it’s been 5 months. No one answers the phone. Owner is dismissive and lacks serious customer service. All I want is glass fireplace door fixed. If I could zero stars I would.

Owner is about the nastiest unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. Could not have cared less about wanting my job which was substantial. All new windows in my condo and shower doors. So glad I found Superior Glass in Newton. The difference in attitude & professionalism was remarkable.

Rude! Stopped in w my daughter and the owner and he was talking to someone about nothing. Did not acknowledge us at all. Purposely waited to see if either of them would stop talking - nope! Went next door for a slice of pizza. He walked in and said he’s ready now. I said sorry I will call if we need your services. And he looked at me like I had 10 heads. He must own that building. What a mess! You can barely walk in let alone find anything!

Had my screens for repairs over 3 months. They don’t answer the phone and had to stop by in person 4 times and there were always excuses they weren’t done. Finally asked for them back and took them somewhere else where they were repaired in a week

The company did NOT do the job they agreed to do, did a CRAPPY job, their workers wasted valuable materials I provided, and charged me extra. They had to borrow my air compressor, my air tools, and use my hardware. Now I have to spend more money and my time to fix the job they botched so it looks halfway decent.
Go to anyone else, do NOT hire them.

The owner Net has been in business for decades! He does good glass work, windows, glass shelving etc. Visit him for your window or glass needs. He is right in Sparta!!
