Our experience At Surprise Ford was great! Our sales person Dan Doncea was truly amazing! He showed us many vehicle options and explained the differences in them. He was not pushy, but very knowledgeable and informative. Because of his communication style and the fact we fell in love with the vehicle we chose to purchase there. We love our new Ford Ranger!

Surprise Ford is a fantastic car dealership. You don’t hear those words very often about car dealerships. The people here are very easy to deal with, the prices are fair and reasonable. It’s a newer dealership that’s clean and spacious. The service department is great, overall I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Surprise Ford. Extra kudos to the general manager Pezh for being a great guy and running a fantastic organization, and to the managing partner Pat Hickey. If you’re looking for a new car, Surprise Ford is great!.

I know there's nothing more people like to do with their time and go dealership to dealership dealing with sales people. My wife has wanted a new Bronco for a while and after FOUR different dealerships I wanted to share the one positive experience for those that might be looking.

I can honestly say Brett Sallas at Surprise Ford was awesome to work with. Zero "salesguy" vibes, zero BS. We told him what we had for trade and down, what we wanted for our budget. Of course there's some back and forth, that's to be expected but it was just one or two times and we got there. Additionally, they offered us 3k MORE on our trade in then the other 3 dealerships.

Additionally, the found a small dent on the passenger door of the Bronco that we didn't notice and offered to have a mobile dent guy come to our house at our convenience to fix it. That is HUGE for us with our schedule.

I've NEVER been a Ford guy, but the experience was nice enough that I'd happily buy from them again. I'm sure people have had bad experiences here (as anywhere else) but just wanted to put out the positive experience we had.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem at Sands Ford in Surprise, AZ!

I didn’t expect to find such a beautiful jewel in the bullpen, but I sure did—Jose, the “Ford Vato,” was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, he made the entire car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. Jose is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right vehicle. His energy and professionalism really stood out, and I could tell he takes pride in what he does. If you’re heading to Sands Ford, ask for Jose—you won’t regret it!

Don't take your vehicle here for service, they are crooks. My truck had a parking break fault code pop up so I took it there. They said it needed a new caliper, actuator, pads and rotor on the right rear for over $2000. I know knew the pads and rotor were fine because I just got my oil changed at an honest auto shop and they said I would need new pads next oil change. I told them to just do the caliper and actuator but they said they can't without doing the pads and rotor as well "due to safety reasons". On top of that they made the issue worse with the truck constantly dinging saying the parking break was on, I verifiedit m it event wasn't at the circle k on the corner before I drove home because they wouldn't even look at it lbecause that tech already left since it's Saturday. I got home and sure enough they didn't even plug the actuator back in so I had zero brakes on that wheel. After my own diagnosis, I found the cover to the actuator was gone and it was full of dirt and debris. I replaced that for $250 and it fixed the issue. The worst part is, I found out from a friend who is a ford master mechanic, that ford currently has a promotion for a free break check while these scumbags charged me $200 for the diagnosis. You're better off driving to peoria ford instead of dealing with these dirt bags

I forgot to add, the service manager claimed the new problem they caused started because they tore it apart to diagnosis it so the computer was thinking there's something wrong and said "it will probably clear itself". But when I took it apart there were zero tool marks on anything and the bolts for the caliper still had built up mud on them. So they didn't take anything apart, the mechanic was just lazy and recommended replacing everything instead of figuring out what the actual problem was. From my experience they are complete scum bags just trying to rip people off.

I would have love to keep my original very pleasant review but unfortunately things have changes. For some reason, this dealership sent me a $2,000 invoice. No services rendered and No communication as to why. Just a random bill that says pay me or else basically. Sales men was made aware. I was told he would look into it. No communication since. Very suspicious and concerning. Pic of invoice added.

My new truck buying experience was amazing from start to finish. Dan, my sales guy, Nick and Sam were all efficient and polite. Very seem less process. Thank you!

I can’t say enough great things about Surprise Ford! I’ve now purchased two vehicles from them, and both experiences were absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused.

A special shoutout to John Maczuga, my sales rep—he was outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I also want to thank Bastin in the finance department, who got me in and out in record time without any hassle.

I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience. Surprise Ford is simply the best, and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next vehicle. Highly recommended!

I’d like to say 5 stars but unfortunately can’t. We took our 19 year old son to buy a truck there, and trade in our car to help him. Now partly this our fault for being in a huge hurry, cause everyone knows it’s an entire day process, but after almost 5 hours my son was going to be late for work and we had to run out . So the truck was never checked before leaving. It has water damage on the inside ceiling , and black marks . Outside there’s a scratch on passenger side where I showed the salesman as we were getting in the truck . He was just kinda like oops. He knew my son had 10 minutes to get to work . So they purposely sold us a truck damaged, is definitely the way I feel . So make sure to check everything and never ever work in the same day ! Also we told them we needed to be out the door tax title license everything at 30,500 and after finance department moved around numbers and gave us a warranty supposedly on every single part knowing we were late it was 42,000 financed. Sad that I feel they took advantage of us . I will update this review if there’s any progress made in fixing these issues. At this time I could not recommend them .
