I had an issue with a dead Connex screen on my 2024 Yamaha AR250 I purchased from Surf City Marina. I called them on 7/10/24 and Sydney said she would get me in right away. After speaking to the service manager DJ I brought it in on 7/11/24 at 8:15 am. He immediately looked at it and made the necessary repairs and I was on my way in a few hours. I could not ask for better service in the middle of the busy season. I travel 45 minutes to get to them but they are well worth the trip!
