I made appointment for shampoo and cut.
I was on time, had to wait 40 minutes.
And let it cut my hair didn't even wash my hair.
I had to ask her don't you wash my hair before you cut it?
Her reply was oh I didn't see that on the computer.
And when it came time to pay she couldn't figure out how to do it so I wouldn't have to pay for haircut and the shampoo I didn't get.
I'll never ever go there again

I'd been putting off going to get my hair trimmed because a couple of years ago I went for a trim and it came out really short. Glad I went today - Brianna cut my hair and it's just right. My layers were so grown out. She cut them at a perfect length. Feels so much better!

Horrible experience by Chani. I showed her how I wanted my hair and she said "this is supercuts not a barber shop." I looked at her to see if she was joking but she wasnt. I had my haircut there before but she thought It was a problem. She cuts hair good but she came off rude. I still tipped her because I was a supercuts customer, not a barber shop customer. After that I went to a different place to get my haircut finished and that lady was nice and didn't charge me since it was a finish up.

I did a walk in. I was greeted and kindly asked to take a seat. I was notified that they will be with me soon. I waited less than 10 minutes. I explained what I wanted, I got it. We were finished quickly and I am a very happy camper! I came at about 12pm and was told that walk in’s usually pick up around 1pm.
