Do NOT stay here! Woke up to 2 bites on my arm, that closely resembles bed bug bites! After taking a shower I walked barefoot in the room while getting ready, my feet were literally black on the bottom. The room was not very clean. The faucet in the shower ran all night more than a drip and couldn’t be stopped! The hotel advertised 24hr front desk assistance, that’s not true. They have a sign that says front desk is only available from 2 pm until 4 am call a phone number if help is needed. When you call the number, no one answers! Worst hotel ever! Don’t waste your time or money!

BEDBUGS!!!
Lots and lots of BEDBUGS!! Wife and I booked a room here last second because of a snow storm. First room, ransacked. Second room, no heat. Third room, heat wouldn't shut off, but oh well, we need to sleep. No joke, sitting on bed getting ready to turn in and I looked around and there was this army of bedbugs heading right for me. Holy smokes, it was crazy. We left.....
MY RESPONSE TO OWNER- OF COURSE we stopped by front desk and asked for a refund. She told us NO ONE EVER gets refunds, and she can not under any circumstance issue the refund. READ YOUR REVIEWS, tons of people mention BED BUGS. We were in a haze just having driven through a blizzard in the middle of the night and forgot to check your reviews. Stupid us...

It's was alright for a quick stop on a trip. Shower valve was leaking and floor is falling apart. I'd stay again but not in 201. $93 for one night is what I paid.

Believe the bad reviews. Reserved two rooms for 3 days. Woke up to bed bugs. Took down to desk and as other reviews state NO ONE there. Taped the bug to the pillow for staff to see. Spent 12 hrs trying to contact to cancel rooms with 0 response. Theft of funds at its finest.

Positive: Convenient location. Negative: We were in room 101, right behind the wall shared by the stairs. The thud of every step until at least midnight and before 6AM the next morning.

Traveling from Colorado back to Texas stopped for the night, reasonable priced very clean well lit outside area…………………. Would stay here again when traveling through. ………………………………. …………. |Only thing I would change is the thin walls!!!!!!

Dirty floors felt sticky to bare feet. Tub dripped (could not stop it). Added charge to credit card after check in. Had to dispute extra charge with credit card company. Breakfast was only two cereals and waffle machine. No coffee except small coffee maker in room. No seating to eat, had to stand or go to room. Broken TV remote (back would not stay on). Stay some where else!

We had a room booked with a request to check in early. Got to the hotel and no one at front desk. But there was a number to call. But they wouldn't answer the phone. Very inconvenient and rude. I left a message and canceled our stay. I will say I'm glad we didn't stay there. The lobby was very dirty and nasty. So I imagine the rooms are even worse!! So I would suggest you don't stay here!!
