Don't know why there is 2 business shown on Google at the same place so I'll post this review on both of them.

I was shocked to see my girlfriend treated so poorly by the staff today. She had ordered a package from Evri which arrived at the shop so we went to go pick it up. The guy came out and said "I'll say this nicely" and to not order evri parcels to his shop again. I was confused to why this was a problem and then I found out that that shop isn't in agreement with Evri for parcel deliveries, but for some reason acted like it was my girlfriends fault since she was just told on the evri app that it was delivered there.

The idiot at the counter shouldn't have taken the package in the first place and shouldn't have been so rude to customers. The shop needs to take it up with Evri and the courier and not be cheeky to my girlfriend.

Since the guy said "if this happens again I'll bin it" I'll review my legal actions and make the shop pay for the parcel.

In summary, I'm just going to say this nicely but just do better.

AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS. They took my order via deliveroo then when I called to get an update about my order at 11 they said the drivers on the way itll be 5 minutes. An hour later and trying to call non-stop they say the driver came at 1020 but I didnt answer the phone which magically has no missed calls of any kind. Rather than cancel the order which they could have easily done they marked it as delivered so they could take my money without delivering the item. Absolutely pathetic and immoral behaviour. Luckily deliveroo were able to.refund me but dont buy from this place.

Like the shop because you can interesting food from Europe.
However today I was desperate for painkillers and unable to walk, so I ordered some for delivery. I had to bring up the total to £10 to get it delivered and it ended up costing £15.75 for some ibuprofen and three bags of crisps. Absolutely outrageous!!!

We live in town too and it took hours to receive it, when I did, I got served by a frown.

Out of hours cigarettes. Delivered quickly. What's not to like! Sure you pay more but what do you expect?! Its a good service.
