Sunlight Realty has a 5 star review for a reason! My fiance and I were in a really difficult position for selling. We had to move across the country last minute due to my medical issues, and we were very nervous about selling in the middle of a pandemic. Selling a house is stressful enough, especially when you're on the other side of the country! Sam and Winnie went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us sell our home. They took care of everything! We got daily updates on everything, and they even took time out of their day to make sure everything was fine on the property when bad weather struck. Even after a roof leak from a freak storm, we were notified by them about it before we even know a storm was coming! They had it addressed within 24 hours and set us up with some of the best contractors in the area. Sam and Winnie were so understanding and helpful with not only any questions we had, but also reassuring us when we regularly felt the anxiety of trying to sell a house from New York. After all was said and done, the house sold, ABOVE ASKING PRICE! I love that Sam and his wife, Winnie, make such a powerful team and that they run the business together as a family, because in turn, they treated us like family, too. Professional, extremely reasonable, quick to respond, and financially savvy. I would recommend Sunlight Realty 100%!!
