The sales people were very helpful. My girlfriend liked a pair of Ray Bans, but needed a different type of lense. We were able to order a custom pair of glasses for her. Would go back again for another pair.

300 Dollars for high end glasses with a protection plan. I come in to use the protection plan for scratched lenses when I’m provided the full detail (that was not pitched to me when I bought the plan). You owe additional fees when trying to utilize the plan ~40 and they take the glasses you already paid for. Oakley not sunglasses hut sell “refurbished glasses” so that was unnerving for me. Use your 340 dollars directly with the manufacturer is what I recommend do not use this business

Experience was excellent! Great selection of glasses. Employee Shawntae's services were outstanding (if I recall her name correctly). Found exactly what my 16 year old needed very quickly! I will definitely recommend the Lakewood Sunglass hut!

I decided to check out sunglass hut & I must say my experience was horrible @ Lakewood mall. A worker on duty by the name of Samantha originally came across very helpful with answering my inquiries but a few minutes later a gentleman came in there. Him & I just happened to be standing next to each other trying on Gucci frames. Samantha seconds later came & stood behind us. We didn’t think much of it & kept proceeding on trying on frames. Next thing you know she makes a outburst & says “ where did they go”? ( me & the gentleman looking at each other quite puzzled & confused & turn to each other & say “who is she talking to?) Well before anything else was said Samantha says “ Oh here they are” (as she reaches to pick up a pair that the gentleman had just put down in the wrong spot. ) Well apparently at this point she realizes her outburst was a mistake because then she says “ oh because people sometimes will just come in here take stuff & walk out” The gentleman told her “ well you may want to be careful “. I then asked her “ Samantha I’m curious do people normally come in here & just take stuff & walk out” ? She replies “ yes people come in here & these things happen all the time “. I’m then thinking to myself 🤔 wow with 15-20 flatscreens being monitored in the security’s office that can’t be true but keep my thoughts to myself on that one. I then tell her “ Samantha u may want to be careful on what u say. There are hard working people who comes in here to shop & buy glasses and for u to make a accusation to say “people come in here & take stuff & walk out “ & where did they go” can come across very offensive. At this point I put the glasses down & informed her I didn’t even feeling like shopping there anymore. I was there with my 5 yr old son very tired & had just got off work. I was appalled, & emotionally distraught , and feel like this was definitely a act of being profiled. Listen, before accusations are to ever be made by a sunglass hut employee or any other place of business employees make sure you guys come with your facts & proof first. Here it is this employee makes a outburst & says “ where did they go”? when the entire time the frames were just sitting in the wrong place, & then to add fuel to the fire she makes another statement & says to me“ yes people come in here & take things all the time”. ..I did address my concerns with the regional manager name Garrett also. Nice guy but it seems like I was just passified with a apology and a discount on frames my next visit in which I’m sure is only going to be what probably 15-20% ? It’s not about the money it’s about consumers being treated with respect & feeling good and comfortable when they are spending their money. I am livid and still feel very emotional distraught about this treatment. Thanks Samantha for putting a bad taste in my mouth about doing business at your Lakewood store or any other sunglasse hut store. I will be sure to tell my friends & co workers my experience I had to allow them to think twice before doing business with sunglass hut in the near future.

Just left the store Kambria was rude and disrespectful I don’t know if the lady knows how to smile and be nice with customers, she trying to teach to the young girl that was there I believe she’s new, Kambria was showing off and not teaching properly, my son went on the store and she was kicking him out and I told her, I’m sorry he’s autistic he’s híper (my mother in law was watching him outside) so when I told her that she said Mmm yeah with her Mad face, so disappointed with this lady she didn’t help me at all, thank God the girl was really nice and helpful
