I moved in here in August. The park is really clean, and management is really nice. Neighbors overall are very nice, and nobody gets in your business. My only complaint is with the HOA fee we are also charged for a utility fee every year on top of it even though we pay for all utilities. This may be a city fee I am not sure.

Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood for 55+. My Grandma lives here and she loves it. The neighbors are kind and caring. They have gone out of their way to help my Grandma now that she is sick. Definitely not a kid friendly place. Most of the residents are much older and they prefer quiet over the sound of children.

Was so excited to purchase a home in this community. The best day there was the day we sold our house and moved out. It is a pretty, well-kept up park, but the beauty of the park is only skin-deep. Park is full of cranky, closed minded people who think too much of themselves and aren't open to new ideas. Management doesn't help, as they play favorites. Other Sun communities in the area are much, much nicer.

I have lived in this park for 3 1/2 years. Friendly neighbors great amenities. Clubhouse open only to small groups. HOA needs some improvement to their Board. Can have outdoor concerts but not HOA meetings. Go figure.

Devoted came in with Village Medical and Amerilife sharing fruit and vegetables with the residents of Sundance.
It is nice of the community to allow us to come in and talk about what we can offer their community

I could give the park a 4/5 because of management and the cleanliness of the park! With the exception that as an almost 6 year resident there is an HOA (which isn't needed due to not owning our land)That has decided they can't mind thier own business when it comes to homeowners that own thier homes and what they do inside thier homes! As far as who is in my home or who has a doctors note for caregivers and what is done by the owners to "curb" this ..MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS! Secondly every single resident that pays rent here is allowed to use amenities when it deems fit.also people from outside of the park who pay a150.00 deposit to use the clubhouse is entitled to that and that is Also NONE OF THE HOA/ENTERTAINMENT BOARDS BUSINESS! As long as it doesn't conflict with "their" schedule.the HOA DOES NOT OWN ANYTHING IN THIS PARK EXCEPT THEIR OWN HOMES! It has become like.the gestapo in here! Management does their best to curb what they can however, the hoa no longer makes it possible! So unless you keep to yourself,are healthy as a horse,are 55 and older and don't ever intend to need a caregiver do yourself a favor and find a better place to live!
