I come here often since it's close to my home. The parking lot is laid out coherently, if only folks would actually stop at the stop signs, and drive on the right side of the lanes, rather than down the middle. Just next to a highschool, so avoid this place between 3pm and 4pm on the weekdays! It becomes an ant farm with teens crossing driveways without looking, and weaving in and out of moving traffic. So frustrating!

The overall ambiance feels uninspired, and the atmosphere fails to captivate shoppers. Limited options and a lack of standout attractions make it difficult to justify spending time here. This shopping strip mall has many conveniences. There's a grocery Walmart where I prefer to shop
A big5, a Chevron station w car wash and a mini mart w/ bthrm. Jack in the box, Starbucks, togos,
Popeyes chicken, chipotles, Xfinity, and a few more places I can't remember.

this is a nice little convenient shopping center boarding Monterey hwy and 1st st! if you need to do quick shopping there's a neighborhood Walmart and some fast food places also!

It's actually -10 stars. I called Popeyes yesterday and verified the meal as well as the price. Mind you this was our dinner. We have been sick and I wasn't feeling good. So this was the reason I called to verify and make sure what actually came with the meal. I got there now it was 20 minutes away from where I live. Instead of honoring what their employee said they told me it wasn't his problem (this was the manager on duty) Bad choice now I promise you I will follow up with the general manager as well as the corporate office. Hopefully my wasted gas especially with the prices gas is right now. They will fix the problem. We as customers should never be treated in this manner. It would have been a different story if the manager accepted responsibility for the employee mistake and addressed it but no his response was not his problem and just give him the money so they can give us our food. Needless to say I left wasted gas, bad customer service and honestly depending on how they handle it I may never go there again. I stopped going to the habit because of bad customer service. I will not contribute my money to places who do not care for their customers.
