Home owners for 14 years. Clean, maintained community. Quiet neighborhood. Almost zero crime. Reasonable HOA fees. Too many silly rules. Too many vendors who don’t respect the neighborhood, by this I mean private gardeners who make too much noise and blow debris into neighboring homes. I wish the HOA board members would get along.
Overall, a very positive place.

Very well maintained public spaces and individual homeowner pride of ownership. 2 clubhouses and 3 pools. Activities galore, rèstaurant and golf. Low end of homeowners fees. Hard to beat.

Beautiful community with well-appointed amenities. We enjoy our neighbors, the golf course, the gyms and pools. We have an amazing, hard-working HOA president and a Board that words equally hard to maintain the grounds, the courses, and ensure residents adhere to the rules. We absolutely LOVE this community and are so happy we discovered it!

This is a wonderful place for stress free living. The houses are beautiful and the grounds quite well kept up. Not perfect but pretty darn good. You should enjoy communal type living: lots of social clubs; friendly neighbors; clean streets; a homeowners association that may or may not agree with your every desire. Yet, lots of people keep happily to themselves and there is no pressure to get involved if you don’t want to.
Some folks seriously do not want to have communal rules— they become unglued with the thought that they actually have to stop at a stop sign.
I would say that 95% of the owners are very, very pleased. A few are miserable and very noisy about it. I am mystified why they don’t move to a stand alone house without the community aspects. No one is keeping them here.
Very reasonable HOA dues...half the amount of my condo in LA which basically provides nothing and we get so much here for our money.
