Recently bought a new couch, love seat and chair for 2 of our rooms. Our sales lady Debi was great. Very helpful and always gives us a personal experience. She sold us a bedroom set and we decided to make another appt with her for his last time.
Furniture is reasonably priced and good quality.

We made the mistake of not going first to Suburban Furniture (Rte 10, Ledgewood/Roxbury).  Totally wrong move. We had to deal with the hustle and BS at Raymour and Flanagan, Ashley Furniture and Bob's. We had great experience buying LR furniture at Suburban particularly because it was a complicated purchase and involved tricky logistics. At the door, we met Sahai....perfect sales person: patient, not pushy (left us alone), professional and super personal. She knows aesthetics and design way more than we do and helped us pick out different pieces we never thought of. Everyone was great: Rob the store manager and Nick, the head of delivery. The exactly on-time white glove delivery was great too. Takeaway: Go to a well-reviewed family owned furniture store first!

She was so helpful and gave us time to browse by ourselves. We did end up purchasing a couch and recliner and got a great deal. I can’t believe how long I have been buying from Suburban Furniture - 23 years! Last year I passed along the first living room set we had purchased from them. My family still misses it. It held up through a family of seven with still plenty of life left and looked beautiful! Their sales and interior design staff in addition to customer service are wonderful! I have purchased couches, chairs, a kitchen table set, rug, and home decor from them. So happy with everything! I cannot wait for my next delivery coming in a few weeks - another sectional. I also will be purchasing a comfy swivel chair that reclines and has a charging port for my son’s room, probably another rug too. They come to your home, measure, and help you plan/design your layout, pick colors and fabric. They also don’t just try to sell. If they think something will not work they will tell you! The picture included is my 20+ yr old set right before I gave it away.
