I've used SubaGuru a few times Always happy with the service. Friendly honest place. You can tell they ain't out to make a fast buck. They'd rather have a repeat customer.

I had purchased a battery here. After a few months it died. I stopped at O'Reilly and they confirmed the battery was dead. I went back to Subaguru with my receipt, the guy checked the battery in front of me, and said it is still fine so he can't help me. I let him know I just had it checked at O'Reilly and it is dead. Only due to that, he gave me a refund minus the months it had worked.

I left deeply bothered that they were more than willing to take advantage of the situation and blatantly lied. I will never return.

The Alternator quit on car I already had an appointment at super guru to get my alternator fixed. He he gave me an appointment for 830 on Tuesday morning but when I went to start the car, it wouldn’t start so I had to call him and tell him I if I couldn’t get my car there. He towed the car for me to his garage. Fix the alternator. Call me within two hours to that my car was ready. This is the best service we have had with the vehicle in a very long time. I would like to thank Chris for all that he did to get my car in there and get it running. We would recommend this garage.

This car should of failed for safety. For tires and exhaust. You inspected it four days ago. Inspector last four 1515. Station number PB100061. Sticker number 263142639. You’re lucky I don’t challenge the inspection and report you to mass vehicle check. You need to do better. Literally you’re putting lives at risk.

They did a good job on my car and the cost wasn’t bad. However I was told my struts were leaking, so I took it back to the shop that had put them in. I saw the struts for myself when the car was on the lift and there was absolutely no leak.

Other than that, I would recommend this shop for your repairs.

Had my wife take my truck in for inspection due to time restraint.. and the very young kid they have doing inspections failed the truck for an exhaust leak under the cabin. (His hand wrighten note on the inspection report).. turns out there was no exhaust leak .! The heat shield around the cat was loose and rattle when you step on the gas..! If your going to have someone inspecting vehicles they should at least know the difference between a rattle and an exhaust leak..! The kid put a red R on the truck for a loose heat shield..! When I went back for reinspection.. and told him the heat shield occasionally makes a rattle sound.and there was no leak. He didn't believe me and got on the creeper under the truck..looking for a leak even though the truck is dead quiet as a church mouse..! Imo if the state wants all vehicles inspected every year..! Then the state should be doing the inspections..! Not a repair shop. That obviously stands to gain work./ income from failing vehicles.! Especially when a female who knows nothing about auto repairs comes in.. I will not use them again. If the inspector can't tell an exhaust leak from a loose piece of tin.! And puts a RED R on it..! Your not even allowed to drive with a red r..! Very disappointing service and half as tec with attitude..!

Highly recommend Subaguru!! They basically rebuilt my father's old Forester. Head gaskets, timing belt, clutch, flushed all fluids, tune up, valve cover gaskets, adjusted valves, on and on and on. They rebuilt it. Obviously, it was a process for all the work and Chris went way above and beyond what I ever expected!!! He is a great mechanic and even greater person! I'll be taking the Subaru there from now on. This is definitely a shop you can trust to treat you right!
