I have been selling items with Style Encore for about 4 years now and each time I have received less and less for my items. Yesterday, I brought in a bag full of fall and summer clothes, nice brands with some items still having the tags, and the girl told me they would have them done in an hour and a half and they didn’t call me until 3 1/2 hours later. When I got up there today they only wanted to take 3 items for a whopping $12 (the items were a lulu lemon workout shirt, a dress, and an athletic dress with the tags still on it). I took my items back and left. I will never bring items to sell here again. Do not waste your time trying to sell here.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Style Encore. This store has become my go-to for unique, high-quality finds at unbeatable prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to lend a helping hand. The selection is impressive, with a great range of gently used clothing, shoes, and accessories from popular and designer brands. I appreciate the attention to detail in their merchandising, making it easy to find hidden gems. Style Encore has something for everyone. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing it for yourself. Also, follow them on social media so you don’t miss their frequent sales and promotions!

The buying selection is great and great prices but selling items to them is highway robbery and they don't take most of your items at all. I brought in an entire wardrobe of business clothes. Expensive blazers and shells. 2 boxes worth. They bought 2 shells, one blazer and a pair of jeans for a whopping $10. Seriously, I brought very nice expensive stylish work clothes. One piece was a high end label pantsuit ($200 retail) worn once for pictures. Offered me $8 for it. (see picture) Um, no thank you. I don't understand because I saw things on their racks that looked definitely worn. Very disappointing. Selling on marketplace or eBay is a pain, but I would suggest it if you have a lot of nice things. You deserve more than what they offer for the 3 or 4 items they might accept. I guess it's better being on the buying end rather than the selling end.

Shopping here is the BEST experience I’ve had while out shopping lately. The staff is young but are most definitely caring. They try their best to assist the customers with all they have to do. Many customers within this area are very demanding and feels entitled. I’ve watched how RUDE some customers can be when I’m in there shopping. They have no respect for the young workers. My heart goes out to them. I’ve shopped here for years and will continue.

Thoroughly Disappointed in the Customer Service

I visited Style Encore today and was thoroughly disappointed in the service I received. I walked in at 5:59 p.m., just before their closing time of 6:00 p.m., with a couple of quick questions. I wasn't even there to shop. The young lady behind the counter immediately told me, from across the room, that they were closed. I politely acknowledged and left, but the experience left a bad impression.

As someone with a background in retail, I was surprised by the treatment. The sign on the door was still on, and it was blinking “Open,” so it didn’t feel like they were officially closed. In my experience, it’s unusual (and frankly poor customer service) to ask someone to leave once they’ve already entered the store, especially if they’re simply asking a question.

I expect more from a place that relies on customer satisfaction, and this experience has definitely affected my opinion of Style Encore

This is the first time I was at this store. It's a great place with lots of stuff to choose from. Plan on spending at least a good hour there searching through all the stuff
