We have had nothing but issues with straight shot pretty much since we’ve had it. We don’t have a lot of choices because we live in the country, but we will be looking for a new one. This entire week it has been horrible and I’ve had other people
Who have it ask if ours was bad as theirs. Not one time has any reached out to say there’s a problem and we’re working on it. I know they have to know there’s an issue. Ridiculous!!!!! Don’t do it.

Ive made 3 calls spent hours on the phone and still can't get my Internet back up, or even have a tech reach out it's been ALL DAY and still no clue whats wrong with my internet, what the heck am I paying $100 a month for? *Just got told im screwed till tomorrow GREAT if I didn't live country side I'd have switched a long time ago... Super unreliable if even 1 rain drop hits the ground my internet it out...

Straight Shot Wireless is the best Internet Company to deal with.
Our modem just stopped working (8:30pm last night) and I walked into Straight Shot with no notice I was coming and the lady at the desk was so awesome and willing to help. She asked for me to come back in a few hours to pick up a new modem no questions asked. I am so glad I went with this company for Internet. Shop Local and use this company you won't regret it!

It seems to get a response from SSW is to post a bad review. Internet service that we pay monthly, without fail, isn’t working yet again, even after a tech was out here for 2 hours just a few days ago. People of Chaves County should look to other providers as Straight Shot Wireless apparently cannot handle the job. If we cannot get the issue resolved, we will be looking for other services.
