Customer for 4 years now. Checked rates recently and found units about 30% cheaper online. Was told they would lower our rate to published rate. Next month, went u0 $15. Asked again about lowered rate verbal commitment and was told, Corporate never approved my request so, we went up this month more. Never, No never rent from them. Your cost is a moving. Unreliable. Cost.

The price is good and the unit seems nice. There’s no one on this property. You have to call and hope someone picks up. I’m moving in today and I have half my furniture in but the door to the building is locked and they can’t get someone out till the next day to unlock the door so I can’t finish moving in. Also the bathrooms are very dirty
Update: It took an hour but we got the door unlocked and they compensated us for our trouble

It would be nice to have someone at the location to speak with when there is an issue. For the monthly fee I expected that. We set up auto pay when we first rented the locker, but for several months after the change of ownership I was getting text about late payment. I was disappointed since Storsafe took over.

I have stored my business supplies with Storsafe for 2.5 years. Recently I needed to upsize my unit and Dennison who works at the desk took my request. He was so responsive and within 2 days I got a call and was able to move my unit to a unit twice the size - it has made all the difference!

Dennison has also called in the past when my lock was not properly securing my unit. The facility is completely secured and video monitored. I know that my business is protected with Storsafe !

Great experience today with my second unit rental. Angie helped me with discounts I was eligible for, all the equipment needed for safe transfer of my property into the unit was readily available. I also learned Safe Stor has a moving van that can be rented, only cost was mileage and fuel. Super happy with the experience today.

Update: today 11/29, I moved out of the units I had rented for over a year. The moveout was due to my relocation to another area, not because of any issues with my units. I hadn't notified StorSafe of the moveout and intended to call the customer service line as soon as I got home. However, I received an email with move-out receipt before I got home. Additionally, during my rental time with StorSafe in Wildwood, the area had a Tropical Storm and Two major hurricanes. I was able to reach out to the property manager directly, who was already on site and get an update of whether any flooding or water intrusion had occurred (of the place was high and dry), I was very sad to learn the company had gone automated with no manager on site, as their on site manager was exceptional. However, the automated service I received was great, and if the opportunity presents itself in the future, I won't hesitate to rent again from StorSafe.

Ms. Angie, was so very helpful on the phone, she explained all about each unit and suggested the size I would need with a little space if I would need to come back and look for items. Got great directions and info on a place my family could sleep for the evening when we got in since it would be late. Ms. Angie was very professional and seems to know all there is to know about running your company. Thanks Ms. Angie for making this part of our move the easiest.
