I have been with this storage facility since 2013 when it was owned by a different company. When Storquest took over they made a lot of physical improvements at this facility. The customer service is the best I have seen at any storage facility.

This location bates newcomers with a “perk” (or discount) to leave a 5 star review. After they get that - beware!! Within a little over 2 years my unit price DOUBLED. And when questioned about it, the manager didn’t seem to think there was anything strange about the units price DOUBLING. YIKES!!! Felt like I was in the twilight zone.

I’ve shopped around for storage at other company’s but StorQuest made the progress a breeze. The location is convenient, right next to home. The customer service is great. Megan is usually the one to help me if I have any questions or concerns about my unit. She’s personable, kind, and always willing to help. Great experience.

My wife and I used StorQuest off of Mountain View in Loma Linda for about 4 months and had zero issues. Naomi helped us through reserving our unit, showing us around, was able to answer any of our questions, and always a nice face to see when we visited our unit. The property itself was clean and never very busy, plus a nice bathroom on site which came in handy. We checked out of our unit his morning and there weren’t any bugs and our stuff still smells like home and not a nasty storage building. We would definitely recommend this location and Naomi to anyone in the area looking for a trusted storage unit.

Naomi is awesome. Very professional and very friendly. Shes helpful and very patient with our consistent questions. Five star for Naomi! The storage was a great price and great space from any other storage place we had checked out. The area is very safe, they have cameras everywhere.

Showed up at 4pm and got a storage unit even though they close at 5pm. Naomi (the woman working at the time) was friendly and professional, she made getting the unit a breeze. We moved everything in with no hassle even though it was past closing. Overall a stress free experience. Would recommend!
