Been trying to call for days now. Phone goes to a beeping line without a ring. Trying to figure out why I was charged double a months rent. Never missed a payment and always on time being I have direct deposit and automatic payment set up.

Property manager never in office she put up a sign she walking property go back there and she not there. For a solid week she hasn't been here. Call the number on sticky note and never answers been trying to pay my bill in person but she never here. Once time I got a hold of her she couldn't help me because she wasn't even on property during open hours was 2pm.

It the following month I paid before due date of 27 and they charging me a late fee. DO NOT RENT HERE. At this point feel like I getting scammed can't make payments on time because manager never in or she is and double charges you with auto pay and in person. Now late fees when I am paying a day before due. Even check with manager from Lakeland last month to make sure of due date.

Michele went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Yes they are short staffed BUT she made sure we got what we needed! She drove all the way from Lakeland to accommodate us! And insured us that she can be reached at the Lakeland store and that she Will be at this store very soon for a few days a week. Thank you Michele for everything you did. We appreciate YOU !!
