We walked in today and the cashier at the front was automatically rude. I’m not sure if she’s the owner, but if she’s not, I’d find someone else to work for me. We walked in and my daughter needed to use the restroom. I automatically check for employee only signs and I did not see one, I also checked on the way out. As I stood waiting for my daughter to get out of the restroom, she walked by multiple times giving terrible looks to me and my niece and nephew, just really angry that we were there. I knew then to just walk out and go somewhere else, as we’d stopped to use the restroom and get drinks for the way home, we live an hour away. As I was walking out, she said, “Okay, so you just come in to use restroom!” Well we didn’t, but we did after that behavior, I don’t know of anyone who’d buy anything. I have never in my life experienced such a bad experience at convenience store and my husbands job requires us to travel all over the U.S. Our daughter has health issues and we have to stop frequently and I assure you we’ve never walked out without buying anything from anywhere we’ve stopped, until today. He’d even have went ahead and purchased those items while I was waiting, if he’d been with me. I’d previously spent money in every store we visited today. Typically I would think you wouldn’t expect a mother to leave her child in the restroom and shop around your store to make you happy. I also wouldn’t want to take items into a public restroom to marinate for a few minutes, also to be accused of stealing and have to pay for those items again. Her attitude from start to finish will lose customers daily, I assure you.

This place only offers 87 grade fuel,
also one time that I was there a senior got in argument with the lady because he just asked why it was so expensive and she was screaming ? not even trying to explain an a good manner. Costumer service is not there.

The cashier was incredibly rude to my sister while she had my grandchild with her. I didn’t know that in order to use a public restroom you had to buy something and take it in the restroom with you instead of being able to wait until you’re out. Being hateful to your customers before hand will not get you service. I don’t care if you do have the cheapest gas in town. I’ll drive right past you.

The stop n shop is always well stocked and kept very clean. This is our go-to place due to the convenient location and really nice owners. The pizza is actually good and so is the wine selection. We will definitely continue to bring them our business!
