Leland Managment who manages the hoa in stoneybrook west is a terrible company they send violation letters for grass that you don’t even own, the new lady Erin is like a robot she just repeats nonsense over and over with zero effort to help. They try to bully you with lawyers to cut grass that isn’t owned by the resident, we have lived in the community for years and never had any issues, very disappointed and hopefully they change management companies in the near future

Stoneybrook West country club, and golf while we finally got the golf course opened again. And from what I can tell because my house faces the golf over the lake there’s lots of golfers that’s good for our community.

I can’t speak as to the golf course yet but my son-in-law says it’s good. That’s not great because he’s a very good accomplished golfer so he would know.

The restaurant, thoughis sadly not up to par. I’m not sure why they haven’t done more with the menu but you can certainly drink and they have a cigar bar so it gets a solid seven out of 10 in my book.

Perfect location. Great community. Quiet yet fun. Local restaurants are great. Close to major toll roads with easy access so you’re home quick and not stuck in traffic. Chain of lakes nearby. Community is on a lake with boat drop. Great schools and grocery’s close by.

Wonderful place to live with many amenities and great views throughout the neighborhood. Town center hosts many activities from music lessons to fitness classes and holiday celebrations. Great place to raise kids who play outside with their neighborhood friends.

Great community to live in. But - golf course matter needs 2B settled. New developer needs "full" ownership to bring the complex back to the great GC, dining & leisure venue it was 10 years ago !
