My husband and I went into Stock & Trade yesterday “just looking” for a new coffee table. We were greeted promptly! As we wandered through the store, every employee spoke to us. We did purchase a coffee table and the whole experience was amazing. They still offer genuine customer service which tends to be lacking in many places - and the store is so nicely designed. Their furniture and accessories are beautiful too!

I worked with Ashley (their designer) to help me pick out pieces for my living room! I sent her measurements of the space & our renovation plans beforehand and she was able to help me pick out some furniture pieces that went with my existing pieces as well as style them! It was quick and fun! I really wanted to love the space since we were doing a reno but needed help designing and making it all come together. She was great and didn't steer me into anything I didn't love - so excited about the space! Definitely recommend!

Stock and Trade has lovely furniture and decor for the home, which in my opinion, is reasonably priced. I was in the store recently, on a Monday, to look for a sofa and 2 club chairs that I will be buying in the next several months.

The store was not terribly busy and there were several sales staff available to help customers. For that reason, I was surprised when no one welcomed me or, at anytime during my 15 minute visit, approached me to offer assistance.

Customer service is what sets one store apart from another. Stock and Trade failed here and has lost a nice sale.
