The employees were super helpful and very friendly. Even though I went last minute they told me about their sale and told me that everything on clearance was 70% off so I quickly picked out three more shoes and it was so worth it I spent 35 dollars on three pairs of shoes and the two girls there for closing were very sweet. I wish I remembered their names.

This store has lazy employees. It was busy but the employees at this store were just sitting, giggling/talking amongst them. When we approached them, they looked like they didn’t want to be bothered, didn’t even ask if we needed help and showed no interest helping us. They were just seated by the chair next to the cash registers. They were holding their cell phones, texting all the time. Lazy employees. We were here between 3:30 to 4:00 pm on Sunday April 30th. Can’t help to watch them.

lazy employees with a horrible attitude, couldn’t even ask a question without feeling like if I was bothering him & handling my item very rudely, looking at me as if I was going to steal made me very uncomfortable. This employee dressed like if he just woke up, very bad customer service, makes me never want to go again!

This store really came thru for me. After looking at 16 (I kid you not) different stores to find a little dressing, little casual, decent heel height tall boots (for an outdoor winter wedding). I finally found them here! On sale too, for 75%! The employees were very nice and the store is small with a ton of options both clearance, on sale and regular priced.

I entered Steve Madden recently and when I approached the counter to ask about a particular set of shoes from the back I see a young lady which they called amber exhaling a big cloud of what looked like vape smoke and a twisted tea alcohol drink in her hand at first I thought she was on break until she put her stuff down and came to help me extremely unprofessional! You can not be running a store drunk especially in this world nowadays!
