This hotel is in the ideal spot for attending a Razorback baseball game. It's a quick walk to Baum Stadium! Two restaurants literally right there make it easy to grab a bite before or after the game without having to fight the baseball traffic!! The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfy! Breakfast was nicer than the usual "free breakfasts" that hotels usually offer. Great stay!!!

We really enjoyed the location since we were visiting for a track meet- the Razorback Invitational. We just had to walk across the street to the indoor track. We also had a couple restaurants that we could walk to. The hotel staff at the counter was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch with many choices, like omelets, French toast, and biscuits and gravy! Our room was very cozy and spacious with a nice sitting area to hang out. Beds were very comfortable with soft bedding and nice mattresses. Everything was super clean and well kept. I would definitely like to stay there again.

The Staybridge in Fayetteville was fantastic! The hotel atmosphere was great, it was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. You cannot beat the location!!! It was convenient to everything. I will definitely stay there again!

The rooms are clean and have a great layout. The breakfast bar is good with a lot of variety. We love the location and the ease of the university for games. The price is comparable to other places we have stayed, actually, less. The fireplace in the social area is cozy. The bed is comfortable with a great selection on the tv for relaxing in the room. We love the small kitchen area. It feels like home.

What a nice experience! It has been quite some time since I've been able to check off all "boxes" for a nice hotel experience...The staff were all polite and friendly. The rooms were clean, well kept, spacious, and pleasantly stocked with a few extras- coffee, tea, popcorn and snacks. The "kitchenette" area was really nice, had everything you could need. The breakfast had a great assortment to choose from: biscuits, gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, waffles, bagels, croissant, raisin bread, cereal, a yogurt bar, fresh fruit , and more! The hotel atmosphere was nice, it is well taken care of and maintained. Thanks, for the previous reviews, we almost chose another hotel! Thanks to staff and management for the great stay! 😀

Josh at front desk was friendly and followed up with me via text to make sure that we had everything that we needed. Spacious rooms, quiet to the hallway and outside noise. Comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in showers with the free body wash that is always a great addition. Breakfast hot and tasty. Definitely will be back

As a Gold Elite member who frequently stays at IHG properties, I expected a consistent and smooth experience. Check-in was great, and the first day went well—clean room, friendly staff, no issues. Unfortunately, the second day fell short. We returned after being out all day to find that all towels and bed linens had been stripped from the room with no replacements. Housekeeping did eventually show up, but it was an inconvenience—especially during a short two-night stay.

To add to the frustration, we also did not receive credit or points for the stay. Overall, this hotel was just average. It had potential, but inconsistency and lack of follow-through on member benefits made it a forgettable experience.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay that’s right beside the University of Arkansas baseball park, this is the one. We stayed a week and couldn’t have been more pleased. The check in, room, breakfast and light dinner were all great. We will be staying again.
