I enjoyed working with Tim he was very knowledgeable, congenial And easy to work with. He really has a handle on the computer program for selecting the building you need and want. I really love the building it has turned out to be an exceptional addition to my Homestead.. He also delivered 2 loads of gravel to me And did an excellent job spreading them... and I only took off one star because he said he wouldn't do it anymore because the road was so bad ... Have you changed your mind Tim the roads a lot better now smile?

Tim Smith is an amazing guy to work with! He's respectful and courteous! Most importantly, Tim is a man of his word!
I have gotten 2 sheds in the past, great sheds! I've gotten 3 330 gallon totes from Tim along with the spicket adapters, went back a year later and got a 2,500 gallon water tank from Tim! Tim is truly ya one stop shop for all the major needs for living out here on the ranch!
Have i mentioned his delivery driver?! Another great man..so respectful as well! Anything I need in the future for out here...IF TIM SELLS IT, I'M GOING TO TIM!!

I purchased two 330 gallon water totes and a garden hose spigot from Tim. This is a great place to purchase items needed for off grid living. I went back several months later and purchased a 2,500 gallon water storage tank, we loaded it up on my trailer and Tim securely strapped it down for me. I recommend this business, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

We purchased 2 Containers from Tim. The service, including delivery, was excellent. When had the containers delivered to Woodland Ranch, unfortunately, it was just after St. John's had gotten several inches of rain that washed out our main road in. Tim checked the roads, sometimes daily, until it was safe for our order to be delivered and kept us informed through the whole process. Tim offered us Great service, and a Great selection of units - New and Used Shipping Containers, Sheds, Cabins, and all kinds of water storage tanks. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend doing business with Tim. The first sentence in his about page states: At St. Johns Portable Sheds, Containers & Tanks, we put our customers first.“. This is far from the truth. We bought a shipping container and a water tank from him and I received quotes from other container dealers later that afternoon that were far less expensive than the container we bought from him. I contacted him the next morning stating that we had received better prices for the shipping container and would like to cancel the order but that I’d still buy and pick up the water tank. He refused saying “All sales final” even though that was never posted anywhere. Then Tim states he would do a 15% restocking fee even though the container was still at his yard ($1300 fee). After stating the unfairness of the matter he became belligerent telling me to take him to court and threatening my business by saying how well connected he is and that he will tell everyone not to do business with me. Beware of Tim because if you have an issue with a product, he will not take care of it. I feel it is a severe lack of business ethics on his part and feel I had to leave a review to warn others what they may get into.

The Weather King shed was of very high quality and constructed very solid. My salesman, Tim was great to work with. He was flexible and understanding as I changed the window configuration several times and he kept me informed through the fabrication period. I would buy from Tim and Weather King Sheds again in the future.

I would to publicly acknowledge Mr Tim Smith for his professionalism in doing business. I know when I'm spending my money I look for upright and plain dealing straight forwardness. All of which I received from Tim. I was an out of towner and from across the country when someone referred him to me. I purchased a nice cabin from him reasonably priced and left happy. When cabin was ready I was all the way back across the country and Tim handled everything about making sure it delivered inside my surveyor lines. He also held my keys for six months until I was able to get back out to Saint John's, AZ. Envn though when I got there his business was closed he went out of his way to make sure that I got my keys. Because of this I am going to purchase a water hauling container from him also, 225 gallon. I don't know he may the trailer for it too. Tim if you have access to the trailers for these tanks give me a holla. Good guy and a positive spirit.
