We've been on the road doing a National Park tour for 3 weeks. We have stayed at 2 Marriott suites and 5 Hampton Inn. All the staff was really nice and friendly. But Frankie Marshall at the front desk brought a smile to my face everyday with her great attitude, friendly smile and genuine "happy to see you greeting". Sometimes when the staff is really friendly it is because they are making up for other issues in the hotel or rooms. That was not the case here. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The breakfast had no missing items or broken equipment. The tables were clean as was the overall hotel and parking lot. I gave the room 4 stars due to the lack of storage space in the bathrooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights while on vacation and was very pleased with my experience.

The hotel was immaculately clean, and my room was spacious and relaxing, meeting all my needs. I enjoyed great sleep thanks to the quiet floor, effective air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows, and blackout curtains. The spacious desk, ample electrical outlets, and good lighting made it easy to be productive.

The continental breakfast offered a variety of options, including toast, bagels, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, juice, and cereal. The dining area was clean, and the food bar was well-maintained by the staff.

The hotel’s convenient location provided easy access to numerous restaurants, and I felt very safe both in the hotel and the surrounding area. I also enjoyed a pleasant walk in the neighborhood.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to family and friends.

My family and I have stayed here twice now and we have no complaints. All the staff were very nice and responded quickly at any requests. The housekeeping always did an amazing job, and the pool is heated which is a plus. Definitely will come back to this hotel.

The Springhill Suites in Parker is conveniently situated and offers a clean and well-maintained environment. The hotel provides various amenities to cater to travelers' needs, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and complimentary breakfast. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The rooms are fresh and inviting, featuring comfortable beds. However, it is worth noting that the shower pressure could be improved.

Wow ! Where do I start !? I totally loved this place . We had super late check in due to the wedding and I aspected a tired front desk employee to give us the key and rush us off through the process. Instead , Alex, a night shift employee greeted us with the sheer smile as soon as we walked in the door. He made us feel very welcome , answered all our questions and concerns absolutely patient and polite, basically went above and beyond . Super pleasant tone of voice . The room with two queen beds are super clean and specious . The breakfast was fabulous!!! I’m totally in love with this hotel and definitely look forward to staying here again longer next time to try the pool and a gym I did not get a chance to experience this time around :))

My best friend and I stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. I wanted to give a shout-out to Lilah, who was incredible and so helpful. She made sure I had everything I needed at the free breakfast and was very attentive to me and other guests. The staff here is fantastic. I will definitely come back!

This property has potential but lacks a caring staff. Planned on staying 8 nights. The guests in the room next door were awful. In and out of their room every 30 minutes all night long. First night I attributed it to a Saturday night people out having fun. Second night same thing; really loud conversations in the hall in and out until 3:00 am. Spoke to the desk, was told they would look into it. Also asked for towels and trash service. That never happened by the way. Night three was as bad as the others. These people were so loud opening and closing the doors, loud conversations. I called the front desk they were aware of the issue multiple complaints the night agent said no rooms to move me to. She was going to speak to the guests. After 45 more minutes I went into the hall. A guy was sitting on the floor back against the wall on a speaker phone conversation with a female standing there chiming in on the call. It’s 2:40 am. I asked them if they could go back to their room due to the noise. Female said “sorry bout that” conversations continued.

Checked out this morning. Desk agent was not helpful. Management is aware and won’t do anything. She said she tried to call them after we talked but they didn’t answer their phone. I explained that was because they were in the hallway.

Rude to me, permissive of the difficult guests which apparently will be there for another 10 or more days. If you choose to stay there good luck.

Functional and stylish European inspired design with plenty of bits of retro and contemporary. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Continental breakfast is comprehensive in variety including plant based items for my pallet. The complimentary vegan and cruelty free toiletries are fantastically welcome from this refreshingly eco conscious place to room.
