I definitely recommend this quaint inn. It doesn’t have a large, fancy staff, but what they do have is excellent customer service. It’s obvious that they know their business and know what customers really need without a lot of fuss and fake. Our room was very spacious and was more than enough for our needs. Pictures posted are accurate. The breakfast was low key, and help-yourself, but that suited me just fine. It was conveniently located, just a skip from the beach, and there was adequate and easy parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Spring Lake Inn! This historic inn is so cute and quaint! We stayed in the garden room which was a bit small but plenty of room for a few days. Everything was clean and linens/towels were super comfy. Air conditioning is window units but really strong to keep the room comfortable. Breakfast was light but great and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch with coffee. A 2 min walk to the beach and they have small beach chairs for use. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

My husband and I made a last minute decision to go to Spring Lake for the weekend and stay at the Spring Lake Inn. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made! The Inn is charming, clean, and welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are spacious with private bathrooms and all necessary amenities. The daily breakfast and light snacks in the afternoon are a nice touch. The location is perfect -- two blocks from the beach and a nice 15-20 minute walk around the lake to the main downtown area. Every minute of our stay was special and fun. Cannot say enough positive things about the Spring Lake Inn and its staff.

We have stayed many times in Spring Lake and we thought we would give this Inn a try. |Let me start with the cons. The Inn is clean, very close to the beach and has ample off street parking. Also the continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. |Now for the cons. We stayed in the Nostalgia room which was advertised as an HGTV renovation. Well the room did not look like the photo on the website. It definitely needs some refreshing. This room is at the base of the third floor staircase and because the door to the room doesn’t close all the way since there is a gap at the top we heard everyone going up and down the stairs. The mattresses need to be replaced as well as the linens and pillows. The small bathroom was recently renovated but the shower lacked a place to hold a bar of soap. A recommendation would to at least provide a suction cup holder so we wouldn’t have to put the soap on the floor of the shower!|In conclusion, we felt that we did not get what we paid for. We like to visit Spring Lake, but we will take our business elsewhere.

We chose the Spring Lake Inn as a place to enjoy a week of vacation and celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We were extremely happy with our choice. We found it to be very quiet and secluded since it's a block away from the beachfront. Our stay began with the owner calling before our arrival to inform us of our complimentary upgrade to the 'Turret' room which was great with views of the beach. Breakfast each morning was great with fresh fruits, yogurt, breads, cereal and coffee/juice. We loved sitting on the porch for breakfast and each evening with a coffee. A guaranteed parking spot and beach passes included with the reservation made the visit great! We found no negatives at all with our stay. We'll be back for sure.

Spring Lake Inn is a clean, convenient inn with all the comforts of home. The friendly, accommodating innkeepers are available to meet your needs, yet they allow you plenty of space to enjoy every inch of their inn. We love taking in the summer mornings and evenings on the spacious front porch. What a place to lose yourself in a book!
You can leave the beach chairs and towels at home. They are provided for each guest along with beach passes as are the early morning coffee, breakfast buffet, and afternoon snacks.
It is just a short walk down the street to the beach, lake, town or local ice cream shop.
It wouldn’t be summer without a stay at Spring Lake Inn.

Myself, my 5 year old daughter, and my brother stayed in two rooms on a Thursday and Friday night in May, so it really still the off-season. We really enjoyed it. The Inn is very old, so expect squeaky floorboards and a lot of old house charm. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and everything worked just fine. Being two blocks away from the beach was great for my daughter, and the woman working the front desk even brought in some sand toys from home to let us borrow. Coffee was served at 6:45, which is a little late for us, but we managed! The continental breakfast allowed me to feed my daughter some cereal even before official breakfast was served, so that was nice. You really cannot beat the location of this inn. We would stay there again.

I just got married and chose to spend our wedding night here with my wife. We both loved the charm the inn possesses and enjoyed our short stay here. We spent the night in the Tower View room and loved it so much. It was very quiet and romantic, and we will not forget our time here. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and even gave us a cute Christmas Tree ornament to congratulate us. We would definitely like to come back and visit other rooms the inn has to offer.
