I was looking for a used hybrid or plug in hybrid car and their website made it ridiculously easy for me to look at the car before going to the dealership, then schedule a test drive. Jacob assisted me with the test drive as well as the purchasing of the car. There was a little bit of high pressure sale for the warranty but that's to be expected from a dealer. There was a little bit of a wait after the purchase, but that's because they fully detailed the car before bringing it out to me.

Overall I am really happy with this purchase and really happy that I went through this dealership. I'd definitely recommend them to anybody In the area looking to buy a car from actual people instead of website.

Very easy to work with. Did most of the financing approval paperwork online. We couldn’t get there until close to closing time and they stayed 2 hours past closing assisting us. My son is very happy with his car 😁

The experience was okay. They took well over the expected time. I arrived at 9:45 AM didn’t leave until 11:30 AM. Was told that it would take about an hour and it was longer. Also I asked for a tire rotation and my tires were not rotated. Was charged over $130 for an oil change and rotation. The only good thing was Lorrina customer service. She was so nice and helpful. Give her a raise.

I used to come here all the time because it was affordable and great service it used to be $50 for an oil change and they were fast to get you in. How is it $90 now and they didn’t take my car until 15 min after my appointment and it took them one hour and a half to finish my car. I was late to work. With that higher of a price I might as well just go to jiffy lube for the same price and faster 15-20 time frame.
