Beautiful Whirlpool microwave purchased from Spencer's TV & Appliances on Saturday, installed this morning (Monday!). Great customer service (from Kenny) and kept informed by Spencer's on delivery and installation by Jesus. Jesus was very careful with removal of old and installing new one. Great job Spencer's.

This is the third time we have purchased an appliance from Spencer’s….we keep going back because of the excellent, knowledgeable sales people.
Even after doing our own research, it’s nice to visit the store and have someone walk you through the features, and explain the functions.
Every time, we were convinced to buy a different model than what we thought- and in the long run, the sales people were right about the quality and features. It feels like they really had our best interest in mind.
The delivery window was fast, accurate and they installed the appliances and took the old ones away (for an extra fair charge we were happy to pay).

We have more appliances to buy - and we will return and recommend you to our friends!

Spencer’s gave us the best price in town on a GE Cafe series fridge. White-glove delivery was prompt and as scheduled. If anyone ask me, I’ll tell them to check Spencer’s first before going anywhere else. Ask for Brent Grimes. Excellent service.

Had a great experience looking for a new washer/dryer set at the location on S Power Rd. The salesperson, David, introduced himself and was at the ready when we needed assistance. The purchase was quick and easy. He answered a few questions I had as well. It was a great experience. The communication for delivery happened as we were told and there were updates all the way through to when the installer arrived. Hector was great too! He was quick and efficient with the install and also gave me a chance to tidy up the space once the old units were removed before he placed the new ones in. Great service from beginning to end with everyone involved. I can speak from experience that it isn’t like that at other stores in town. I even saved money compared to another retailer. Very happy.

Our washer broke down and it was time to get a new one. We went to Spencer’s to look at them. They say their prices won’t be beat. They are telling the truth! The sales person we had was knowledgeable , truthful and friendly. We ordered one and it was delivered the next day. You get texts of them coming and the name of the guy bringing it. When they came they were so professional, quick and careful of our property. Then when they were done told me what he did and when I could start using it. I highly recommend checking out Spencer’s then go and compare and I guarantee you will be back to Spencer’s. Great overall experience!!

We've always had a good experience working with their salesmen who are knowledgeable in all brands, and their customer service is above and beyond. We recently purchased two new appliances from Spencer's, which make our third purchase from them and once again, we weren't dissapointed. Justin helped us with our purchase and we found him to be very knowledgeable and not at all pushy about us making a purchase that day. As a bonus, they were having some great sales on all appliances while we were there. We will always shop here first because they are a store and a name we can trust.
