Spellbound Wigs and its owner are the BEST in the business. She does her best to make sure prices and everything is transparent and doesn't do gimmicky and dishonest pricing that many other websites do. She is beyond helpful and wants to make sure you find something you love and makes you feel great and confident. I have purchased from Spellbound online for at least 3-4 years and was fortunate enough to visit the brick and mortar location in person. Definitely check out the clearance section because you can get some great deals!

Spellbound has EXCELLENT customer service ! Deliveries are quick and communication is amazing . I always get answers to any questions within the day and it’s like speaking with someone I know personally . Since I’ve found them I have done almost all my purchases with this company . About 95% . Over the last 4 years I’ve purchased elsewhere once . In the beginning of my wig journey , I would shop everywhere, now Spellbound is my place to purchase .

THREE day return policy, I purchased an item for my wife for Christmas, it was delivered on 12-16, so per their policy I had to tell her and have her evaluate the item in case she didn't like it before Christmas. This policy is a mess and all future purchases will be going elsewhere.
