I can't even begin to say how amazing Jake and his team have been. They agreed to the massive undertaking of COMPLETELY auctioning off all the merchandise and clearing an enormous yard for a business that had been in operation for over 50 years. They encountered numerous challenges in getting everything organized just due to the sheer size of the building. Jake told me that everyday was like a treasure hunt - they were continually discovering things that had been packed away for years!

Jake also showed such compassion and empathy for the situation knowing how difficult it was for the owner to close the business after so many years. He truly showed how much he cared.

My heartfelt thanks and gratitude go out to everyone on his team, but especially to Jake. You're a very special angel that was sent to help this family. My God Bless you and yours.

Due to a family death a full house auction was handled by Jake and Spectrum. Jake organized, itemized and sold everything! What a relief!
Jake is a professional who quickly, and skillfully, gathered necessary information, took pictures, conducted the auction online. All following Covid precautions. In the end I received an itemized list of items sold, their sale price, and a check. And the home was left empty and clean.
I can highly recommend Spectrum. They understood my needs and took care of everything professionally.
