Spavia and Sparta is great. Everyone was very nice. Felt very comfortable. I Haven't had a massage in a long time Nadine was wonderful just the right amount of pressure not too firm and not too light. Definitely going back.

I had a fantastic massage with Desiree today - she stretches my arm and provides me with total relaxation! The whole staff at Spavia-Sparta is wonderful and friendly. Lisa at the front desk always makes me feel at home!

First time experience at Spavia. Very pleasant front staff. Myron was my massage therapist. He did a great job explaining each step of the experience and provided great suggestions. Very professional and knowledgeable on human body and its works. Cupping was a great additional treatment and highly recommended!

I had my first full body massage this past week. It was amazing!! Definitely relaxing and Nadine was THE BEST!! Spavia was gorgeous inside, you start feeling relaxed when you step through the doors, especially with their relaxation room prior to and after your massage/treatment. I will be back.

Her knowledge of anatomy and intuitive understanding of pressure points helped release my chronic shoulder and back tension. The studio environment is peaceful and immaculately clean, and she takes time to listen to your concerns before customizing the perfect treatment. What impressed me most was her ability to find and release knots I didn't even know I had, while keeping the experience relaxing and comfortable. The next day, I noticed significantly improved range of motion and the tension hadn't returned even weeks later.
