Business advertises itself on doordash, but frequently cancels orders without adequate reason. For example, they canceled my order, and when I called for an explanation they said that they were"slammed and there's a lot of people coming in the door so we just turned it off for a while". When I explained that I wasn't able to physically come to the store and that they would be losing my order the response was"that's fine". Additional protestation on my part yielded no results. It's not like it's any more work for the employees, they literally just make the order and hand it to someone; why should my business count less than someone else. The ice cream is overpriced to begin with compared to other locations (that have just as good or better products). Clearly not a customer minded business.

Ice cream is pretty good. The workers were friendly and nice. I can't figure out if there is a difference between the kids and regular size even though it was more expensive. They also have a bunch of cute tables outside with pretty outdoor lighting.

I always get my ice cream cakes here for all of our celebrations. You can custom order any kind of fillings and ice cream flavors. I even requested no icing one time and the manager called me to confirm this request because it is a strange request but they were fine with it and it came out great. I also let them surprise me with decorations and I've never been disappointed.

Can't believe I haven't had ice cream here before! When I'm nearby I'm usually by myself & on the way to or from someplace specific with no extra time. Well recently I was with someone & not in a rush & the other person suggested stopping in. So glad we did- the ice cream was so good! The "regular" size sugar cone has 3 scoops. I would have gotten 2 scoops but it was delicious so I was glad that it had an extra scoop 😋 I would love to go back again!

I ordered an ice cream cake on Sunday for Tuesday. Anya was very helpful. She came up with an idea that she needed to run by her boss. She called me back within 15 minutes and was able to implement her plan. The cake was fabulous delicious!
