Stopped by tonight and had to wait ten minutes on the cashier to finish a transaction for the liquor store before she came back to the store side. One cashier should not be running both storefronts. She was very upset that the customers were upset. There were 8 people in an unmanned storefront. This is at the smallest terrible customer service. It is much worse a massive safety issue. It is not safe for the customers and it is really not safe for the staff. She said complain to the owners. She doesn't make the schedule. Your employees deserve better.

Hi, this store is very convenient to where I work, but I have been running in the store for two months and they don’t have air-conditioning and it’s very hot so someone please please repair the air conditioner. Thank you.

This was a nice store when it first opened, but now it is just run down. The pre pay on the pumps don't work, the front door barely worked, the store was HOT, it is just plain gross!

Beware if you buy gas because I'm not sure if it's just my bank, but this is twice I've got gas here and my money is on hold for a week! I paid inside the gas station this last time thinking that would remedy the issue, and they still put a $75 hold for a week.

Great local store. Unlike the other convenience stores in the area they actually have staples like eggs and milk which I think is a huge plus. They also have great pizza and Sneaky Pete's Hot Dogs, both of which I (unfortunately) love. Lowest gas prices in Heflin also. Nice staff. Clean store. What's not to like?

Detail oriented average wait time cook to order. amazing customer service savory food. Makes you feel at home. If you have a concern or incorrect meal contact the manager she is always eager to make sure you go home fully satisfied.

Ordered hot dogs with slaw. The slaw was warmer than the dogs. And took 20 minutes. Once and done. Not going their again.
