My only complaint is the lack of electricity within their bundling. I was told it would be a couple months, and 3 months later still nothing. Easy access, and ease of renting made my experience very good.

Secure, clean, 24 hours, helpful customer service (that is super understanding when you forget to update your payment method after inconsiderate scammer folk steal your card info and you have to get a new one)… what else is there?
Also, for those of you who assume the coded gate is probably always broken like I did, it’s not. I have made WAY more visits to this place than I’d have liked over the past almost year that I’ve had a unit and that gate has been perfectly functional 100% of the time.

I updated my rating after storing my special belongings there for 2 years. I wasn't aware of this when I did my initial booking and contract. THEY USE MOTHBALLS and all of my things STILL had moths and eggs in them and smell HORRIBLE in my new place. I basically spent close to $8,000 for 2 years and now might need to trash most of my really special and nice furniture and belongings because the smell horrid and the fumes are dangerous to humans and pets. I did not know this before, but now I do. Please don't make the same mistake I did:

"WHY THE SMELL LINGERS & SAFETY HAZARDS
- Mothballs are classified as a pesticide.
- The chemicals in mothballs are toxic to humans and pets.
- People are exposed to the chemicals in mothballs by inhaling the fumes.
- If you smell mothballs, you are being exposed to these chemicals.
- CHEMICAL PROPERTIES: Mothballs are primarily made of naphthalene or paradichlorobenzene. These chemicals are designed to sublimate (turn directly into a gas) to deter pests, and they readily penetrate porous materials like fabrics, wood, and even the walls of the storage unit.
- ABSORPTION - Materials in the storage unit readily absorb the mothball vapors, and the scent can become deeply embedded.
- SAFETY: Prolonged exposure to mothball fumes can cause health problems like headaches, nausea, and dizziness. It is important to ventilate the area and minimize your exposure while cleaning.
PERSISTENCE: Completely removing the odor can be a lengthy process, possibly taking several weeks or longer, depending on the severity and duration of mothball use."

When I went to get my things out I had another horrible experience with one of their customer service reps (which was a little unusual). He told me that my units were unlocked and opened even though I was staring at the locks on them. Then he told me I didn't own/rent one of them, even though I did. After basically pleading with him to get the locks off of my units, I had to hang up and call another person who as most of the customer service reps was very helpful. Hindsight 20/20 I absolutely would not use this storage location again. :(. You live you learn.
