We drove 3 1/2 hours to buy doors from Paul at SHR. We bought 2 beautiful sets of doors one of which he custom made. His work is top notch and you will love all the exquisite and unique doors he has to offer. You can definitely tell this is his passion and he puts his all into his work. We absolutely cannot wait to add his talent to our new build.

We purchased an old wooden door to replace a metal door that had gotten mold in it, on October 19th. It was suppose to be ready in 2 weeks. We picked it up Friday Dec. 8th.

The owner said he had applied polyurethane on it 2 or 3 times and would be dry and ready to hang the next Monday. We didn't try to get it hung until this Friday.

Our hands were covered in the stain used on the door, although it had been in a warm, not humid environment inside our home. If polyurethane had been put on it, it may have been tacky but the stain would not have gotten all over us.
