The salad was spicier than anticipated for my wife. I had the flautas and I was not impressed, plus I did not like that you could not customize the sides that came with them. It took quite awhile for the food to arrive. There were two of us and the server only gave us one of the puffy deep fried bread. Everyone around us got a full basket of them.

Decided to give Sopaipilla Factory Restaurant a try after reading their reviews while stopping by this area while road traveling.
Exceptional service - food is pretty decent.
The margarita was on point 💯
We ordered Chicken Quesadilla ( which is basically shredded boiled chicken with cheese )
What makes it appetizing is their red and green chile.
Chicken and beef fajita was good too.
Sooaipilla with honey butter was nice 👍🏻

Best of the best 👏👏👏💪 Incredible Green Chili Stew and we have never tasted better Sopapilla! Tender and tasty with real honey! We are from Australia and are over the moon we found this joint. Filled with locals you know it’s the real deal! Thank you to Candice for an excellent service!

Recommended by a local, a friend & I stopped here for lunch. The food was good but not great. (A little on the salty side) the chips & salsa was the best part of the lunch & they were delicious! Because of the reasonable prices, I would also recommend this place.

Sooo yummy! Food is fresh & delicious! Yummy margaritas! It was so good I ate there two days in a row! I’m back in Florida now and dreaming of the Pueblo taco with shredded beef. Can’t wait to go back.

Oh my gosh, I could eat here every day! First off, every single staff member was exceptional. We came in 30 minutes prior to closing (which we hate doing), but they were more than welcoming. The food was delicious, loved the green chile! And the meals come with sopaipillas which my kids couldn’t get enough of.
