I have been a customer of this store for almost 3 years always buying something on each visit. The staff is friendly and some even recognize me. I was always happy with what I purchased whether for me or for my daughter. A few days ago, I purchased a denim vest to wear over a brand new long Desigual dress. I had looked for vests in so many places with no success that I was sure this one would work and therefore, I removed all the tags as soon as I got home. Unfortunately, the cut of the vest is absolutely not flattering over the dress. I called the boutique and actually talked to the person who sold it to me. To my surprise, I can’t return it not even for a store credit, which was all I was asking. This is very disappointing. They’re nice to customers and rave over the brands and items they carry, but show no mercy and gratitude for loyalty when you want to return something. Lesson: wear their clothes and accessories with tags attached!!!! Then, return them, but check how long you have, 30 days probably!!!!

Loved this place as soon as I came in! I had placed an online order for pickup and one of the items were out of stock but the lady working made sure to call me, let me know, offer alternatives, and then helped me find a similar item when I came in the store! She was veru kind and helpful and I will definitely be placing more orders in the future! Thank you guys so much!

It’s cute inside. Nice decor. Cute enough stuff. Decent size. Very nice inside. The girls that worked there were not very personable at all. They tried but not happy people or helpful. .. one was very very snobby. I didn’t care for the service I got. Their attitudes weren’t good.
I NEVER ever will return because no restrooms. That’s a deal breaker for me and the customer service .
., I will stick to the boutique near by with happy super blubby people and restrooms so I can relieve myself as I’m shopping… sometimes I’ll spend a time long in a boutique and if there’s no bathroom, that is just unacceptable. A boutique should have stellar above and beyond customizable service and a restroom for customers ..,,

What a darling boutique! Growing up in Litchfield Park, this is a wonderful place to shop. Beautiful clothes, Jewerly and gift options. I recently visited, looking for a specific Hammitt Clear Purse for my mom, as she attends lots of baseball and local events with clear bag policies. Sonoran had so many options of the Hammitt & Mom loves her new purse!
