If you want really great underwear at a really great price, go see the two ladies of color that are working there right now at the Santan Village Gilbert, Arizona location! 8/31/24 These gals are very helpful very down-to-earth. I never knew I could have somuch fun in an underwear boutique!

i’m a habitual victoria’s secret shopper 1.) because it’s easy and 2.) because i’ve shopped there my whole life, but recently i decided to switch it up and look at Soma. From the get go, Elizabeth was one of the most attentive, kind, and helpful associates I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will never again step into or shop at a Victoria’s Secret again. Excellent customer service! I was looking for a strapless bra but did not know the exact size to use. The store attendant immediately took my measurements, and, in 5 minutes, she found the bra that I needed! Fantastic.

Amazing customer service. Sadly I had to use their trial period guarantee and Anna spent a huge amount of time bringing me new products as a replacement. She was encouraging and supportive. The manager, too was exceptional from the minute I walked in the door. This was a very positive experience.

I just had a wonderful experience at the store! I had purchased 3 wireless bras online on sale with hopes that they would work for my body. That was my first purchase, so I didn't know what to expect. Unfortunately the lack of a wore was a problem.

I decided to go into the store to return them. The kind lady told me she would honor what I paid for and helped me shop, recommended styles for me and spent time with me to help with the fit. Absolutely pleased with the service there. Thank you so much! ❤️
