Had the best experience with Ava, the property manager. I did not have the best roommate situation and she gave me all the support I needed. She looks out for all of her tenants and is not just a property manager, she makes sure everything is as proper as can be. 10/10 recommend this place to anybody looking for a reliable, respectable living place.

This a good trustworthy company. My apartment was clean and the staff was always available if I needed any help. If you're looking for a place near UCSB or SBCC, I recommend working with this company. Their properties are well maintained and Ava is especially friendly and helpful.

Everyone at Solis IV is super friendly and understanding. They go out of their way to help with issues or complications and are super willing to work with you. They’re very responsive and have great communication, even when you’re a prospective tenant. Solis IV is a great choice if you’re an international student! So far, I’ve really enjoyed speaking and working with them, and I can’t wait to continue!
