If I could give no stars I would unfortunately that doesn't seem to be an option!! Bought a box of 24 small canisters of whippets for $17.99 and bought the cracker for $7.99 The first cracker was too small for the canisters to fit so we took the whole box with us and the unusable cracker the guy took a canister and tried it in several till he found one that it would drop into it was the same price as the first cracker got it home it dropped in but it would not puncture making it useless!! We took back both products and wanted to do an exchange for something that would have costed exactly the same amount and we're told we could not do it even their policy says they will not return a vape pen this was not a vape pen and if it did not work and I could not crack the canister then why would it be anywhere near anybody's face to put their mouth on it yet according to them it's the same thing and supposedly they did us a solid when we took and traded the first one for the one that the canister would actually drop into.. not sure what kind of solid that was since it was the same situation if it don't work you don't put it in your mouth yet they refused to return either of them stating we had to wait until Monday to speak to the manager we asked them to call the manager right then which I've been management that could have been done I've had employees call me at all hours when there was an issue however this should have been a non-issue they should have if nothing else at least returned the whippets my question is why are they selling products that don't even work together is this their way of ripping people off in claiming they did you a favor by giving you another defective product however replying to responses to the reviews on here with an argument telling a customer how wrong they were is about as unprofessional as it gets you do not argue with your customers especially on a review that people can see that only makes you look worse!!! Now I will be going to anywhere and everywhere I can online and putting out there what this company is capable of and how it treats its customers!!! I have added photos and videos I would love feedback from other customers please tell me what you think of this situation. We tried to show them how it wouldn't puncture they wouldn't even look at it they refused I really don't want to hear anything from any of the managers or employees over there unless you're giving me my money back I didn't even ask for my money back I asked for an exchange so you wouldn't have lost a dime you could have sent everything back to the company you got it from and been reimbursed!!! On a final note between the two of us we made 5 trips trying to get the proper cracker for the product, that's a lot of extra time and gas to be told to suck an egg!!

Smoke away is hands down my fav smoke shop. The entire staff is super friendly and very helpful. I’ve been going to this chain of smoke shops for almost four years and I’ve gotten to know most of the staff fairly well. Whenever I come in, most of the time they have my items scanned and ready for me before I even get to the register! Love you guys! 😉

Huge selection, employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. In fact one of the employees recommended a certain battery for cartridges,and this thing was only 20 dollars and has lasted a year. I buy them for everyone.

Better do a lot of smoke shops in Arizona. This is definitely one of the better ones and more affordable.

Bought a water bong yesterday the down stem was only 4" when needed atleast an 8" to get to the water line on the the bong. I went in today and they wouldn't give me a discount bc she said that's the way they are shipped and couldn't help me out with buying the right down stem. so I got a new 8" for full price. Won't go there again to buy my smoking products. Pretty sure Veronica used to own this and was super nice but maybe somebody new owns the place. Not happy at all!
