honestly use to be pretty happy with smiths. now pretty disapointed. i bought a box of kroger brand diapers and couldnt use half the diapers due to the tabs coming off before even putting them on my baby or the diaper tabs not sticking. well i called the number on the box and corporate sent me 25$ worth of coupons . i went to use the coupons today and the cashier tried to scan the coupons and they wouldnt scan so she went and asked another employee and even though it has the indented kroger stamp and came from corporate they couldnt take them . so i call to speak to the store manager and after being on hold for five minutes i was told she was gone for the day . so ill make sure i call back first thing in the morning. not sure what good it is for corporate to send coupons out for products that are broke if the store wont honer them.

There was an extra large, brown skinned female worker that was stocking candy near the alcohol section that was blocking the aisle. I said excuse me to her and she gave me the meanest look and rolled her eyes. Employees like that are the reason why I don't like shopping at Smith's.

Food was as you’d expect from a Kroger - but the Staff, awesome! Thank you all for responding to the emergency with our daughter, helping care for her while first responders arrived last night (12/22)

My brother a disabled Vet accidentally turned over some soda and the assistant manager came up to my brother and started to talk down to him. As he’s sitting in a wheelchair he is trying to tell her that he is a disabled vet. And she blatantly said that she didn’t care whether he was disabled several times she said this.
Even though my brother said he was sorry but he is unable to pick up the soda from the ground because he had 5 neck surgeries. What kind of person acts like this?
After this total disrespect in front of the entire store my brother found out that she wasn’t the manager she was an assistant manager. Ok so who gives her the right to behave in such a manner.
Smiths why would you keep such an employee?

Sad I lived in Grants all my life. They gave me a hard time for a 7 pound dog that doesn't leave my arms. I spend lots of money there. I only need couple items. They couldn't even offer to go get them for me. They weren't busy. I have worked retail long time. Last month I was in Wellington Utah there Smiths cashier was friendly to my dog.

Was in there last night. Got a few groceries. The cashier Justina I believe her name was. Was rude and pissed there were no bags. She had this hateful look on her face as if it was the customers fault...
