Where do I even begin? This apartment complex is hands-down the worst I've ever lived in. Let me just get right to the point.

The manager, Natalia: Trying to get in touch with her is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Usually, you could just pop into the leasing office, but this place has no onsite management. So, if you have an urgent issue, you're basically left hanging for at least 24 hours, and even then, you're likely to get passed off to their outsourced management, who can't do much to help from miles away. She's also incredibly difficult to deal with. She's often dismissive and unhelpful, and she seems to enjoy making things as complicated as possible. And don't even bother trying to call her directly - her number just leads to a voicemail.

The onsite staff: Jorge is really sweet, but he's definitely overwhelmed and unequipped. With no other staff on-site, he's got a lot on his plate. And unfortunately, maintenance requests constantly fall through the cracks. I've heard horror stories about a massive water leak that took six weeks to even start getting fixed, and that's just one example.

The leasing agreements: I've heard several complaints about the Smith and Main management trying to take advantage of residents. Such as raising month-to-month rates way beyond what's allowed in the lease.

The build quality: We've only been here for six months, and there's been constant construction just to fix the exterior because it was so poorly built. There are issues all over the building, and it's clear that the construction wasn't done with much care or attention to detail. And let's not forget about the inconsiderate construction workers who seem to block walkways leave beer cans laying around.

Amenities? What amenities? The only thing this place has going for it is Ginger's Baking Shop, which is amazing. But everything else about the complex is a total letdown. There's no pool, no fitness center, and even the common areas are poorly maintained. And don't even get me started on the electronic lock systems. They're always malfunctioning, making it a hassle to get in and out of your own building.

Overall, this place is a total dump. I'd strongly recommend you look elsewhere before even considering moving here.
