Today my husband and I while enroute from Texas had an awesome experience at Smart Honda White Hall. Our dash was indicating we had low tire pressure and we wondered if we had picked up a nail. We called and was greeted by Ann, the cashier who immediately went to work arranging service and comforting any fears we might have that they couldn't get to us today. She welcomed us to come right there. As we pulled up to service, David
Baser, the Service Mgr also greeted us and began inspecting our tires. They put the car up on a lift and inspected for cuts and nails. Then the pressure was checked in all 4 tires. In about 20 minutes or less we were ready to roll again. There is nothing like this Honda service. I'm proud to be a Honda owner and will never forget the wonderful people at Smart Honda in White Hall, AR

So polite, very helpful. Andre worked patiently with me for days answering questions & always so polite while I was dealing with insurance after my vehicle was totaled. Terrible on standing behind business. I bought my car from here brand new off the lot. I Kept up the maintenance on it. I ran over something this year so my car had to go to the shop. I took my car to Smart Honda how hate I picked that shop. My Car was in the shop for 2 months on top of that when I got my car back a month later the RVS light started to come on. I took my car back to the shop they would not fix it. The manger was awful, he would not get back in touch with me and when he did I was given a lame excuse for why I haven’t heard from him in a month. BAD BUSINESS! He let me know that they wasn’t gonna fix my car.

Great experience buying a new to me car yesterday. Everyone friendly and patient. I came in for a specific car, but some one else was also interested. They did not pressure me. They suggested a different couple of cars, while still waiting patiently for me to make up my mind. I went for another car ... liked the price and the car itself even better. Thankful for good assistance while everyone being respectful and doing the right thing. I was "first", and they honored that. Really happy.

While driving our Civic on a two day trip we hit a large truck tire tread on the highway. The lower engine cover plate was damaged and dragging on the road. We took the first exit for the next town, and unbeknownst to us Smart Honda was located at the bottom of ramp.

We pulled in and asked the service dept. if they had an opening that day so we could get back on the road. In less than thirty minutes we were back on the highway for a total cost of $15 to cover replacing several broken clips.

If this is the treatment given to out of state travelers, imagine how they treat their regular customers!

Kudo's to the lady service advisor and mechanic that went above and beyond to help total strangers.
