TLDR: Will definitely be coming back. Clean, organized, affordable, friendly store . 🩷

This store is by far the cleanest used clothing/stuff store I’ve been. Plus, the organization was super nice to get through and easy to find what I needed. I could also tell that the staff were very good about selecting items as the selection of items were in very good condition. ESPECIALLY compared with other used item stores.

Additionally, the whole process of selling and buying was really easy and the staff were very helpful. Even though some of my items weren’t accepted, the staff was very friendly and informative about why they weren’t. But, I also understood why they weren’t accepted as I believe it adds to the good selection of items at their store.

Overall, their items were very affordable and very reasonably priced for the quality and variety of items. Will definitely be coming back a lot more frequently!

This is my first (and last) time selling with Small Threads. As a former consignment store owner, I am appalled at the process. First of all, it takes over a month to get an initial "appointment" to drop off your items. The word appointment is used very loosely. Basically, you are just dropping off your items and they pick through them and decide what they want to sell with no interaction with you. When many of my items were rejected, I requested to know why and they pointed out miniscule flaws (most of my items were like new, some even had tags on them)! I wouldn't have minded so much if I hadn't walked through the store and seen items that had much larger flaws than my rejected items. For example, they had a pair of Bogs boots that were falling apart.
Fine. I took my rejected clothing and waited 2 months for the time when I could pick up the clothing that didn't sell. In the meantime, I was able to track the items that did sell online. A very rudimentary system that only gave me a running total, not an itemized list of what sold. I was not impressed. As I mentioned above, I ran a consignment store which offered sellers access to what items sold and for how much.

Finally, I went to go and pick up my unsold items (7 in total). Upon arriving at the store, I was told that I needed to go and find and retrieve my items in the store. WHAT I spent 20 minutes trying to locate my items. I was informed that the items I sold gave me a STORE CREDIT of $25. Mind you, I brought in high end clothing. Two very expensive dresses (both recently dry cleaned), Hanna Anderson clothing, and an exclusive Disney Store jacket (over $60 new). When I requested to see a detailed invoice for what sold, they looked at me like I had two heads and told me that they don't provide that. Again, WHAT So, I'm just supposed to trust that this is the correct amount that is owed to me? This is not the way that you run a business.

I let my daughter use the store credit because I did not ever want to return to Small Threads and she picked out two tins of slime. When we got home and opened them, it was clear that they were very old. They were both dried up and didn't smell at all like they were supposed to.

I'm so, so disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this store. Both from a buying and a selling standpoint. The only reason that I gave it two stars is because the staff was very helpful and the store was well-organized and clean.

My first shopping trip to Small Threads, and it was so delightful! I wish I had known of a place like this when my kids were little, but excited to shop for my grandbaby now.

The store was so clean and beautiful and well laid out like an upscale children’s boutique. Clothes, books, toys, gear… Pretty much everything that you might be looking for can be found at this store. Super convenient location as well (bonus that it’s right next door to Sbux!) 🤪

The staff and owner were so friendly and gave great customer service. Looking forward to shopping here a lot in the future!

Love this Kirkland location of our local consignment store. The ladies working are always helpful and gracious. It's a great place to consign gently used clothes, toys, and shoes and there are great deals to be found. I highly recommend families to visit their Redmond and Kirkland locations.

This place is amazing. I always find good (often barely worn) clothing options for my growing boys, at less than half the cost of buying new. My toddler loves coming shopping with me just to play with all the cool toys.
