This is such a great place to come. So much to explore. Kiddos loved it. The water was a bit chilly and the rocks can be slippery so be super careful, and maybe wear water shoes. We packed a lunch in a cooler and hung put for quite a few hours.

Going in to the unknown. Had a great experience here. Water is very cold. Plan to stay awhile so take snacks or lunch. Restrooms are here. Do it.

The ice cream there hit the spot! Nostalgic and historical combo with food just right for the outing. Much better than expected for a state park type store. Nice touch.

Had a great time picking apples at the park. Just found out there was an orchard here. Make sure you study the map so you know what is planted where. You can buy a bag at the general store but you can also bring your own bag to pick fruit. Had a great time.

Come early the parking lot fills up fast. The water was supper cold but was AWESOME with the Arizona heat. The price 30 a car load was not bad at all considering its for all day.
And make sure to get water/swim shoes you'll need them.

Go bring your ice chest and snacks and enjoy we did!!!!
